Elizabeth del Guidice

Elizabeth del Guidice, a former art teacher, now has her studio at her home in Magdalena's Hop Canyon. She specializes in beautiful pen and ink drawings of old Juniper trees in the area and paintings of local landscapes.
She has also completed a number of unusual and very colorful silk batiks in addition to weavings she has recently been crafting.

Shirley Lamar shows her fine crafts at the Magdalena Art Festivals. She makes original "Meeples" sculptures and uses locally found gourds for ornaments. She also sculpts colorful little cottages.

Holly Modine

Holly moves basketry from function to form, incorporating antlers, bones, found metal objects (the rustier the better) and natural items in her weaving. She is also influenced by colors, textures and native materials found in New Mexico.

Warren Smart

Warren recently moved to the Magdalena area from Albuquerque where he is building a home and studio at Piñon Springs. He loves to paint unusual and very large landscapes in water color. He takes his work to juried shows and also shows it outdoors in a clever exhibit mounted on the sides of his truck.
